The Moosonee/Moose Factory Tour is
structured to show one-day visitors the historic sites and other points of interest in our
two communities while still allowing them to return on the south-bound Polar Bear Express
Excursion Train again that afternoon.
Our guides greet visitors at the railway station (the Polar Bear Express arrives daily
from Cochrane, Ontario, Tuesday thru Sunday, at 12:50 pm), conducts them on brief tour of
Moosonee then transports them to our wharf where they board the Motor Vessel Polar
Princess for a twenty minute cruise to historic Moose Factory Island. Once there, guests
are treated to a guided bus tour of the Island's key attractions before returning to
Moosonee and the railway station in time to re-board the Polar Bear Express. (The Polar
Bear Express departs Moosonee at 6:00 pm)
Note: Individual tickets for the Moosonee/Moose Factory Tour are sold on the morning of the tour at the Cochrane Railway Station prior to
departure of the Polar Bear Express. Group reservations of 30 or more came be made
directly with Two Bay Tours.

Factory Tour is:
$28.50 per adult / $14.25 per child 12 and under (plus 7% Goods and Services Tax)
